Refund policy

As a small business, every purchase truly means the world to us, and we are so grateful for your support! We want you to love your purchase, and if something doesn’t work out, here is how we can help:

🌸 Full-Priced Items: Regular returns must be claimed within 30 days of receiving your order. With a receipt, tags attached, and the item in new condition, we will gladly issue an in-store credit. Without a receipt, but with tags attached and the item in new condition, we will issue in-store credit for the amount the item was last marked at.

🌸 Exchanges: Exchanges must also be made within 30 days of receiving your order, and items must have tags attached and be in new condition. If you need a different size or item, you are welcome to bring your purchase to one of our three store locations — Cadillac, Big Rapids, or Traverse City — and we would be happy to help you exchange it in person.

For online orders, we do not process direct exchanges through the website. If you need a different size or item, please start a return and then place a new order for the item you would like instead. Online exchanges can get complicated with inventory and availability, so this helps make sure your new item is secured as quickly as possible.

🌸 Damages or Issues: Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

🌸 Final Sale: Items purchased at a discount of 40% off or more are final sale and cannot be returned.
