Returns and exchanges

We have a 14-day in-store credit policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request the credit. To be eligible for a credit, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return for credit, you can contact us at serendipity.cadillac@gmail.com to request your return stating your reason for the return. If your return is accepted, we will notify you with further instructions. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
